TRAVEL/ Hotel & Restaurant Durán-Figueres

Haftasonu tatilimizin merkezi Dali Muzesi ve Dali'nin sehri Figueres oldugu icin Oteli ordan secmeye karar verip, booking yorumlari arti ic gudulerimle Hotel Durán'i sectigimde ozel bir yeri buldugumdan habersizdim. Sans yine yanimizdaymis Atlas'in ablasi Adriana'dan bolgeyle ilgili ilk aldigim ipucu Dali'nin masasinin oldugu, arkadasina ait restorana mutlaka gitmemizdi ki, biz zaten bu restoranin otelinde kaliyormusuz:)

Girdiginizde siradan odalari, belki fazla mutevazi girisi ile bu ozelligini bilemiyorsunuz ama restorana gecince ozel bir bolme var ki Dali'nin arkadasi ve sef Duran'in arkadasini ve esi Gala'yi defalarca agirladigi masa aynen korunmus. Keyifli Dali'li gecelerden resimler duvarda, buyuleyiciydi. Yemeklere gelince basit ama guzel Catalan mutfagi, sade bir menude, degustasyon menusunu denemek de keyifli olabilir.. Servisse Catalunya bolgesinde gormedigimiz cinsten ilgili, sicak ve iyiydi:)

Nos quedamos en Figueres fin de semana passado. He encontrado a Hotel Durán pero no sabía este Hotel tiene un restaurante especial para Dali. Señor Durán ha estado un amigo de Dali. Dali y tu mujer Gala estuvieron viniendo a Restaurante Durán.

Hotel Durán es un hotel normal, tiene un lobby modesto, tiene habitaciones comodo, no es especial. Pero restaurante tiene un parte , en este parte hay una mesa donde Dali comío cada veces. En pared hay muchas fotos de Dali y Gala cuando cenaron con amigos en esta mesa. Fué mágico. En menu no hay muchas comidas, hay comidas tipicas de Cataluña y estas son muy deliciosos. Camereros son muy amable, divetido y muy bien en su trabajo.

We had a vacation last weekend and we stayed at Figueres. We would like to see Dali Museum so we prefered Figueres. I found Duran Hotel similtoneously without knowing that it's specialty. It has a restaurant and owner of it was the great friend of Dali. So Dali and his wife Gala came here oftenly.

Hotel has comfortable rooms and a cosy lobby. At the first sight you can not think that the specialty but then when you enter the restaurant you can see a special room and table which Dali got his dinners with his friends. It was magical. Menu is simple and Catalan, they have also a degustacion menu which we can try later. And the service is very good.
