LIFE/ COOKING APPLE COOKIES

Elma ile aram yoktur benim, meyvelerle cok iyi gecinemem. Bir incire dayanamam bir de cilege. Elma'yi ole kutur kutur yiyenlerden olamadim hic bi zaman..
Tatlilarda da favorim cikolatalilardan yana olsa da, elmali pasta sayili meyveli sevdiklerimdendir.
Atlas'in yarisni yiyebildigi dilimli elmalarini ne yapsam diye dusunurken bu geleneksel, kolay turk tatlisi aklima geldi.
Tarif internetten bakinip, agiz tadima gore revizyonlarla oldu, 2. de muhtesem kivami buldum.
Eger siz de benim gibi baldan tatlilari yiyemeyen, tatlilari hafif sekerli sevenlerdenseniz bu tatliya bayilacaksiniz.

I have ever been an apple person, I already don't like fruits to much. My favorites are fig and strawberry. And also I don't like fruit deserts so much, I prefer all the time chocolate ones but this apple cookies are an exception.
When I think about the half apples that Atlas left.. I remembered this easy traditional turkish desert. We call it Elmali Pasta or Elmali Kurabiye, it means apple cookies.
Receipt is originally from internet, I have found a lot of and I mixed, changed them according to my taste, at the secon time trial I have found the perfect:)

No me gustan mucha manzanas, no me gustan los postres de la fruitas, Pero este postre de manzana es muy tipico en Turquia y me encanta:)

Ne lazim?
Ic: 2 elma, 4 corba kasigi seker, istediginiz kadar tarcin, 1 avuc ceviz kirigi
Hamur: 1 yumurta, 125 gr yogurt ( tekli satilanlardan), yogurt kabinin 1 parmak eksigi cicek yagi, 50 gr erimis tereyagi, 1 cay kasigi kabartma tozu, 1 cay kasigi vanilya, 1 cay kasigi sirke, yarim cay kasigi tuz, aldigi kadar un.

Nasil yapiyoruz?
Ici tum malzemeleri karistirip, tavada karamelize bir renk alincaya kadar orta atesde pisirin.
Hamuru, once sivilar sonra kuru malzemeler karisacak sekilde, yumusak ne cok kuru, ne cok islak olmayacak kivamda yogurun, 4 parcaya bolun. Her parcayi merdane ile yuvarlak acin cok ince olmasin, 8 ucgen parcaya bolup, iclerine elmali karisimi koyup cizimdeki gibi sarin.

180 derecede 30 dk da pisiyorlar, ilininca uzerine pudra sekeri..

What do you need?

Filling: 2 apples, 4 spoon sugar, cinnamon, a handfull crushed walnut

Dough:1 egg, 125 gr yogurt, 100 gr sunflower oil, 50 gr melted butter, 1 tea spoon baking powder, 1 tea spoon vanillin, 1 tea spoon vinegar, 1/2 tea spoon salt, pastry flour how much you need.

How?
Put all filling ingredients on a pan and cook till it's get caramelised.
For preparing dough, first mix liquid ingredients and then add dry ingredients and prepare a good, not so dry dough. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, and roll out the every piece as seen below, cut in to 8 triangle pieces, put  the filling and close them as seen below.

at 180 C in 30 minutes they are ready, add ice sugar when they get warm..
